A woman and two men from Scotland were found guilty of running a prostitution business in Scotland.
Margaret Paterson (61), Robert Munro (61) and Ian Goalen (59) got rich by providing prostitutes in the entire country for nine years. On June 10, 2013 they were convicted of living off immoral earnings.
The three Scottish people have operated this escort business for nine years. Their dirty business came to an end when police officers raided Paterson’s home address.
They found many sex toys, credit cards, luxurious clothes and shoes and other evidences that Margaret had spent almost half million pounds in some Edinburgh shops.
Police also found their brothel which operated from Grosvenor Street, Edinburgh.
A 31-year-old prostitute confessed that she had worked for the three persons just before the police officers raided Margaret’s home address. The girl also presented detailed information and various evidences, such some forms the escorts had to fill out about the provided sexual services.
The business was operated by Paterson and Munro while Ian Goalen was the driver who was taking the prostitutes to their meetings. On the last day of the trial, he confessed everything and he provided evidence against Paterson and Munro.
The jurors also heard the testimony of a 45 year-old man, the ex-manager of George Hotel in Edinburgh. They reached a verdict after deliberating for 3 hours.
